About This Occupational Therapy Webinar Series:

ADHD can impact an individual's ability to work in several ways. Key challenges typically involve aspects of attention, organisation, impulse control, and executive functioning.

In this webinar series Occupational Therapists Michelle Murray and Ailís O’ Dea from Anchor Therapy will explore these topics in greater detail over the course of 4 webinars.

Occupational Therapists support people to learn practical life skills to:

  • Better manage their day to day routine,
  • Improve their performance at school, college and work,
  • Build healthier self-care habits,
  • Develop and foster a more balanced work/life.

Anchor Therapy specialises in working with neurodiversity and mental health in young people and adults.

ADHD Ireland is the national organisation that works to support those with ADHD and endeavours to enable this.
