I am an Essential Emotion Coach , AromaTherapist, AromaTouch Practicioner & Body Healing Mindfulness & CBT informed Coach. I m also a Reiki & Seichem Master Practicioner . I teach & offer courses & workshops around Ireland .

My mission is to provide customised holistic therapy services that empower you to achieve the life you want. I have built my practice from personal experience. In a world where self-medicating & pushing things down is the societal norm I believe that the healthy link between mental physical & emotional health is crucial to our wellbeing & ability to live fulfilled lives.

Clients come to me because they want to break old patterns ,create new positive change & set themselves free . Chronic pain, chronic fatigue, sleep issues, poor immunity , low self-esteem, & emotional dysregulation are frequent issues.

I offer a welcoming space in SETU , Kilcornan Woods for 1:1 sessions & I can facilitate zoom sessions also so I can work with people around their schedules & the world. I may incorporate other therapies into the sessions such as angelic and crystal healing & also offer these as standalone therapies based on client preference.
