Agnieszka's passion for yoga started  in 2002, when she attended her first yoga and meditation class in Poland. For 2 - 3 years she continued her practise in Shivananda Style. Later she tried also Bikram yoga, but only when started practising in Hatha and Yin traditions, she found her true connection to yoga. In 2010 she completed her 250h Yoga Teacher Training and since then she's offering Yoga classes in Galway. In the later time Agnieszka completed Yin Yoga Training (2018) and Kids Yoga Course (2021).
