• - Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings and those of their children. Muslim Sisters of Éire and Human Appeal Ireland are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• - Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and security of their vehicles parked at the event venue. Muslim Sisters of Éire and Human Appeal Ireland are not liable for any damage to or theft of vehicles or items within vehicles.

• - Parents and guardians must inform event organizers of any medical conditions or allergies that their child has. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that their child has any necessary medications or medical supplies with them during the event.

• - Participation in any activities during the event, including but not limited to rides, games, and physical activities, is at the discretion and risk of parents and guardians. Muslim Sisters of Éire and Human Appeal Ireland are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.

• - In case of an emergency, parents and guardians must be available to respond immediately.

• In the event of a lost child, child will be brought to lost and found and kept there until parents arrival.
