In Alignment Half Day Retreat

In the words of that great philosopher Linda Martin 'Why me?'

✨ I'm very passionate about the topic and skill of Resilience. I've been delivering workshops on it since 2020. How can we equip ourselves with the tools and knowledge to balance and bolster in a busy, stressful and chaotic world ?

✨ I'm also very passionate about Pilates. My own body was a wounded animal last year. What Pilates did then, among other things, was to restore my mind body connection. Small movements had big impact. Pilates is for everybody, and every body.

What to expect?

🌻 Exploring alignment and balance in our lives through the 4 pillars of Resilience

🌻 Mindful movement through Pilates in practice (no experience needed)

🌻 Reflection and a little bit of journalling (or doodling if you prefer)

🌻 Social connection in a safe space

🌻 Fun. I care a lot about making things enjoyable

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Pilates experience to attend?

No experience needed. Movement will be modified for newbies, and progressions offered for practitioners.

Will I need to speak and share?

Nope. Only if you want.

Will there be refreshments?

Yes there will. Herbal teas, and yummy bakery pastries will be served during a break.

What's your experience in running this retreat?

Great question! I've been working in Learning & Development since 2018, and Resilience has been the topic I have been most passionate about. I am STOTT Pilates qualified and also have an Advanced Diploma in Pilates through NTC. I just ran a very successful retreat in East Cork.
