🌬️ What to Expect

Join us for a deeply nourishing 2-hour session designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your inner calm, and leave feeling lighter and more centred.

In the peaceful surroundings of the Dublin Mountains, you’ll be guided through:

  • Breathwork – Practical exercises to relax the body and reset the nervous system
  • EFT Tapping – Gentle tapping techniques to release emotional stress and tension
  • Reflective Journaling – Supportive prompts to bring clarity and insight
  • Sound Bath – An immersive experience with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and shamanic drum to soothe and restore

  • Yoga mat or sleeping mat
  • Blanket and cushion
  • Warm layers and cosy socks
  • Journal and pen
  • eye mask or sleep mask

No experience necessary — complete beginners are welcome.

Do I need prior experience?

Not at all. This session is open to complete beginners. You’ll be gently guided through everything, and you're always welcome to participate at your own pace.

Who should not attend?

This session is not suitable for certain conditions such as: Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy People with sound-induced epilepsy If you have a medical condition or mental health concern, please message Catherine before booking to check if it’s a good fit.

What should I bring

A yoga mat or sleeping mat A blanket and cushion for comfort Warm layers and cosy socks A journal and pen An eye mask to help you relax more deeply during the sound bath

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely. Think “cosy” rather than fashionable — comfort is key.

What is EFT/Tapping

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple, body-based tool involving gentle tapping on acupuncture points while focusing on thoughts or feelings you'd like to release. It’s calming, accessible, and surprisingly effective.

What if I feel emotional during the session

That’s completely normal. Breathwork, EFT, journaling, and sound healing can all stir emotions. You’ll be in a safe, supportive space and are welcome to take breaks or adjust as needed. Everything is done gently, and nothing is forced.
