Our Summer series Couch 2 5k programme starts on July 1st every Tuesday & Thursday evening at 6:15pm from Febagh Visitoir Centre.

The Cost is just €20 for 8 weeks(16 sessions**) and is open to Men and Women over 18 years. The program will enable participants to participate in a 5km event upon completion of the programme.
