A Short Talk on Matrescence

As mothers we can feel overwhelmed at times with the many big changes and adjustments that occur to our sense of self and well-being in such a short space of time. This short talk aims to introduce the topic of Matrescence and explore how it can be applied to support mothers in making sense of their unique experience of motherhood. Presented by Roisin Brennan, a mental health professional, in association with Cork City Library and the HSE.
